These banners are activated whenever a home page for any town or community is accessed (there are over 190 of these on the site). Currently the access rate to regional home pages now exceeds 7000 per week (June 2003 stats) which means there will be 7000+ times each that your banner has a chance of being displayed. The banner will offer the individual a link to their own web page (address is supplied by you) in a new browser window that opens when the banner is clicked.
