RAILWAY INFORMATION

Local councils do have some information about communities located within their boundaries. You can access this information through the Local Council site through the link found on Local Information Section of this site.

40Km north of Narrabri, on the Newell Highway, lies the small township of Bellata. It is a rich agricultural region as well as being known for its minerals, such as agate and petrified wood.

A feature of the town is the Nandewar Inn which was built in 1902 and still retains its turn of the century charm.

If you know of a local tourist site that is located in this community but is not listed here, please Email us (using the button at the bottom of this page) and let us know the details, including the community to which you are referring.

This site is maintained by a group of volunteers. We strive to do our best but sometimes things are overlooked. If you find things that you deem incorrect or if you know of things and links that could enhance this site, which is primarily a dedicated link site containing only basic information, then please EMAIL us (using the button to the right) so that we can include it. All assistance is greatly welcomed.
Please note that most of the links in this site are privately owned pages, over which we have no control.
