Dos based Programme An integrated inventory/invoicing/cash sale system for small business. The programme includes
space for two (2) stock numbers, description, supplier code, stock on order, stock on hand,
minimum order, automatic order writer and pricing. Allows for one-off sales, regular customers,
monthly accounts and cash sales. Has storage facility for customer information. Includes GST
Calculation facility, which is switchable. Product information from this programme can be
utilised by PRICE BOOK. Sales records can be transferred automatically to FINANCE

Dos based Programme Ideal for businesses that need to keep track of equipment under warranty. Can be used by either
purchaser or seller. Keeps track of all the relevant information regarding each item. A second
screen is activated when the programme is switched to being an equipment register (done by the
operator), giving the operator access to a depreciation schedule. A third screen is available for
further comments such as warranty details etc..

Dos based Programme A programme for costing and quoting. This programme allows the operator to store pricing data
on the goods sold and allows the operator to produce effective and accurate quotes and tenders.
Printout facility includes a title page with summary data. Data on products allows space for
details on supplier and costings. Products can include services and sub-contracting. Allows for
the insertion of such items as withholding tax and similar (up to 5 operator selectable items).

Dos based Programme There are a variety of businesses that need to keep control over jobs moving through the system.
These include repair businesses, printers and many others.
The system allows you to input the customers name and details and then information regarding
the status of the job. This information includes date in, outstanding problems, date repaired,
repair charges and date collected. A second screen contains Job Information. This screen is a
progressive screen, allowing up to 100 lines of information. There is also a third screen for job
comments.
