AMS5001. MEMBERSHIP RECORDER.
Dos based Programme. Allows for the details of up to 1000 members to be kept including a 50 year record of
membership and 6 categories of involvement. The revised version contains facilities to retain
data required for incorporated associations such as residential and postal addresses, date of
joining, date membership ceased and membership status.

AMS5003. MAILING REGISTER.
Dos based Programme. A simple mail listing segment for those regular mailings outside membership and sponsors. The
programme now includes an automatic postcode facility with the appropriate postcode data. New
facility is the classification code print facility where single character classifications make it
possible to put several classifications with each entry.

AMS5008. ARCOWORD.
Dos based Programme. This is a very simplistic word processor added to management systems. The main aspect of this
programme is that it is able to utilise the data stored in files on people and thus be able to print
out personalised form letters to all people on a particular file. Modules currently accessible are
1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 41, 42, 45, 54, 55, 56, 60, 62, 71, 77 & 78. Version 4
of ARCOWORD will only communicate with those versions of programmes that are part of
SYSTEM 5 and not earlier versions.

AMS5036. WEATHER CHART.
Dos based Programme. A simplistic weather recording system that keeps track of maximum and minimum temperatures,
rainfall and cloud cover. Maximum and minimum temperatures for the month as well as total
rainfall are updated automatically. A second screen allows for comments on each month for any
special aspects.

AMS5037. METRIC CONVERTER.
Dos based Programme. A comprehensive, menu driven, conversion programme between a large variety of metric and
imperial units. Is set out in an easier to use format and contains an additional calculator section
for extensive calculations.

Dos based Programme. This programme contains a number of small utilities such as a TICKET PRINTER, DATA
SORTER, LABEL PRINTER and LOAN CALCULATOR. These utilities can be ideal for the
small club that is trying to reduce its overheads.

AMS5058 ARCOFILE.
Dos based Programme. A broad spectrum basic filer programme, designed to be able to communicate directly with
ARCOWORD for total integration. Allows for a single screen display with up to 30 different
data categories. Length and screen/paper location of each file is able to be set by the operator.
Maximum total length of each file is 512 characters.

AMS5059 ARCOCALC.
Dos based Programme. A basic spreadsheet programme designed purely to communicate with ARCOWORD. Has most
of the fundamental functions found within spreadsheets but is not designed for large projects or
tasks. Contains 26 columns and 200 rows for data input. It will allow addition, subtraction,
multiplication, division and a single level of brackets. Programme has facilities for text input
with automatic overflow for up to 3 columns (29 characters) for text input. Print format allows
for width greater than page width to allow joining. Each row is 9 characters wide.

AMS5067 MEMO.
Dos based Programme. An automatic distribution system for memos. The programme would include facilities to display
memos, circulars etc.. Built in reader checkers and other checking facilities. Code display of
these could be done either by individual code or code levels. Thus only those memos required
by individuals would be displayed.
