AMS5004. WAGE & TAX CALCULATOR.
Dos based Programme. Allows ready and speedy update of wages and related data. Allows for the printing of pay slips
if required. Summaries for year to date as well as for months can be obtained through the system.
Details of each employee are kept on the master screen with additional screens for wages and
comments, allowing the programme to be used as a staff management tool. This programme
interfaces with the EMDEREP sub-module (see page 17) for magnetic media Tax Office
reports.

AMS5005. FINANCE RECORDING SYSTEM.
Dos based Programme. A simplified bookkeeping system that is easy to use. Allows the printout of monthly and annual
reports. All information is coded to allow the operator to recall financial data relating to a
specific operation or item within the organisation. Contains special month and year data
filename facility to facilitate proper filenames. Is capable of collecting data from other finance
packages (such as WAGE AND TAX CALCULATOR and INVOICER) automatic payouts
(those done by bank transfer). Does not have automatic GST calculations

AMS5051. BUDGET MAKER.
Dos based Programme. A budget system that allows the operator to prepare budgets for business, sporting group, club
or home. System can utilise category names created with AMS5005 FINANCE RECORDING
SYSTEM to allow utilisation with that particular programme. Allows entry of actual expenditure
to produce budget analysis sheet: entry either from FINANCE RECORDER or manually. Can
be income dependent or just straight budgeting. Costs can be entered as weekly, monthly,
quarterly or annual. These are then calculated as annual costs and then broken up according to
your budget requirements in the same ratios.

AMS5071 CONTRACTA.
Dos based Programme. A specialist programme for those involved in multiple contract awards. Originally designed for
a letter box delivery group, this programme allows for the storage information on all people
under contract, prepares multiple contracts by selecting appropriate file numbers and prints
common information contracts in one block at three per page. Operator can request multiple
printout copies (up to 99 per print run). Payments on contracts are added separately and monies
and relevant payment information is available for transfer to FINANCE RECORDER. Up to 150
separate contracts can be held in each persons file and these are automatically updated when a
printout is done. Has an end of year file transfer with cleared contract summary sheet. Also has
space for comments on each person's file. This programme can access the EMDEREP sub-module
for magnetic media reports to the Tax Office.

AMS5094 DEBTORS REGISTER.
Dos based Programme. A full debtors register with compatibility with FINANCE RECORDING SYSTEM. Utilises the
same account codes.

Dos based Programme. A full creditors register to allow complete track of all money owed to creditors. Full
compatibility with FINANCE RECORDING SYSTEM to reduce data input.

AMSM001 EMDEREP SUB-MODULE.
Dos based Programme. This sub-module can be accessed from WAGE & TAX CALCULATOR, CONTRACTA or
SHOW WAGES. It simply takes the wages data in these files and creates the reports as now
required by the Australian Tax Office using magnetic media - in this case on floppy disks. Can
only be operated through one of the above-mentioned programmes and is not a stand alone
programme.
